+1 lb lamb tips

+2 red peppers
|

+1/2 red onion
|

+3 c garlic paste
|
|

+1 t ginger paste
|
|

+3 T plain yogurt
|
|

+2 T tumeric
|
|
|
+1 t cumin
|
|
|
+4 T olive oil
|
|
|
+2 t celery salt
|
|
|
+1 lemon
|
|
|
+handful of Italian parsley
|
|
|
+handful of fingerling potatoes
|
|
|
+salt and pepper
|
|
|

+Toss potatoes with a bit of olive oil to coat and microwave on high 4 minutes and let cool.

+Soak skewers in water with a weight on top.

+Mix everything but lemon in a bowl and marinate for 2+ hours

+Skewer and allow to come to room tempature, salt and pepper.

+Grill on indirect heat for 10 min, then direct heat for 5 minutes.
