Spicy Pickles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large shallot cut in rings
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeds and ribs removed, sliced into 1/4 inch matchsticks
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large garlic clove, put through garlic press

PREPARATION

Mix up and place in a ziploc and store in fridge overnight
