Sourdough Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5c cold unfed starter (can feed 2-3 days before)
- 3/4c warm water
- 3 1/4 All purpose unbleached flour
- 1/2c whole wheat flour
- 1.5 t salt
- 1 t yeast
PREPERATION
Mix with dough hook for 7 min
Cover and rest for 4-7 hours or until doubles in size
Makes 4 12" thin crust pizzas
