Sourdough Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5c cold unfed starter (can feed 2-3 days before)
  • 3/4c warm water
  • 3 1/4 All purpose unbleached flour
  • 1/2c whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 t salt
  • 1 t yeast

PREPERATION

Mix with dough hook for 7 min

Cover and rest for 4-7 hours or until doubles in size

Makes 4 12" thin crust pizzas
