  2. * 6 Chicken Thighs
  3. * 1/2 c water
  4. * 1/2 c tequila
  5. * 1 1/2 limes of juice and zest of one lime
  6. * 2T Triple Sec
  7. * 2T salt
  8. * 1T sugar
  9. * 1T orange zest
  10. * Olive oil
  11. 1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
  12. 2. Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom slightly and brown the outside of the chicken over med-high heat
  13. 3. Place into 350 degree oven to finish.
  14. 4. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
