  1. 1 lb lamb tips
  2. 2 red peppers
  3. 1/2 red onion
  4. 3 c garlic paste
  5. 1 t ginger paste
  6. 3 T plain yogurt
  7. 2 T tumeric
  8. 1 t cumin
  9. 4 T olive oil
  10. 2 t celery salt
  11. 1 lemon
  12. handful of Italian parsley
  13. handful of fingerling potatoes
  14. salt and pepper
  15. Toss potatoes with a bit of olive oil to coat and microwave on high 4 minutes and let cool.
  16. Soak skewers in water with a weight on top.
  17. Mix everything but lemon in a bowl and marinate for 2+ hours
  18. Skewer and allow to come to room tempature, salt and pepper.
  19. Grill on indirect heat for 10 min, then direct heat for 5 minutes.
  20. Serve over couscous or with rice.
