							- 1 lb lamb tips
 
- 2 red peppers
 
- 1/2 red onion
 
- 3 c garlic paste
 
- 1 t ginger paste
 
- 3 T plain yogurt
 
- 2 T tumeric
 
- 1 t cumin
 
- 4 T olive oil
 
- 2 t celery salt
 
- 1 lemon
 
- handful of Italian parsley
 
- handful of fingerling potatoes
 
- salt and pepper
 
- Toss potatoes with a bit of olive oil to coat and microwave on high 4 minutes and let cool.
 
- Soak skewers in water with a weight on top.
 
- Mix everything but lemon in a bowl and marinate for 2+ hours
 
- Skewer and allow to come to room tempature, salt and pepper.
 
- Grill on indirect heat for 10 min, then direct heat for 5 minutes.
 
- Serve over couscous or with rice.
