  5. 32 oz Plain yogurt
  6. 1 tb Salt
  7. 1 tb Tumeric
  8. 1 tb Coriander
  9. 2 tb Paprika
  10. 3 tb Cumin
  11. 1/2 ts Cloves
  12. 1/2 ts Nutmeg
  13. 5 tb Veg oil
  14. salt / pepper
  15. Olive oil
  16. Mix together all except last two ingredients.
  17. place lamb in a shallow baking dish and coat both sides with mixture
  18. press plastic wrap down and squeeze out all air so marinade is in contact with the meat.
  19. marinade over night, flipping the morning
  20. wipe as much marinade off as possible
  21. Coat with olive oil and salt an pepper
  22. Grill about 10 min per side over direct heat ( fat side up first )
  23. then move to indirect heat until internal temperature in the thickest spot is 135(53 celsius) degrees
