							- Serve on pork tenderloin or grilled chicken
 
- 6 scallion white and green separate sliced thin
 
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
 
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 
- 1/2 teaspoon like zest
 
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
 
- 1/4c vegetable oil
 
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
 
- Scallion white, ginger, pepper like zest in a heatproof bowl
 
- Heat oil over medium heat until shimmering
 
- Pour hot oil over the mixture (will bubble)
 
- Stir until combined
 
- Let cool 20 min
 
- Stir in scallion greens, lime juice and soy sauce
 
- Let sit 20 min for flavored to meld
