Chili Lime Garlic Wings

- 3-4 tablespoons garlic paste or finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons adobo sauce, from a can of chipotle chiles
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons vinegar - white, rice or apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon each Kosher salt & ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- Juice of 3 limes

Mix everything but chicken in a large bowl
Add wings and toss well to cover - refrigerate 2-4 hours
Reserve 1/3 of marnidate
Cook wings until about 160 degrees, basting with reserved marinade as you take them off
