- Notes:
- 425 is waaaay to high.
- lower to like 300 degrees with nice thick slices
- Cut 2 lb onion into 1/2 in thick leave outer
- Brush pan w/ oil roast 1 hr one side 30 min on the other.
- Let cool and serve with a vinegrette w/ some crushed red pepper for heat
- vinegrette:
- olive oil, oregano, balsamic, pinch sugar, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper.
