Spicy Pickles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 large shallot cut in rings
- 1 serrano pepper, seeds and ribs removed, sliced into 1/4 inch matchsticks
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 large garlic clove, put through garlic press
PREPARATION
Mix up and place in a ziploc and store in fridge overnight
