Margarita Chicken
INGREDIENTS
* 6 Chicken Thighs
* 1/2 c water
* 1/2 c tequila
* 1 1/2 limes of juice and zest of one lime
* 2T Triple Sec
* 2T salt
* 1T sugar
* 1T orange zest
* Olive oil
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
- Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom slightly and brown the outside of the chicken over med-high heat
- Place into 350 degree oven to finish.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
