- 4-6 Chicken thighs bone-in skin on
 
- 1 T Cumin
 
- 1 T Corriander
 
- 2 T Salt
 
- 1 t pepper
 
- 1 T sugar
 
- 3/4 c water
 
- 1/4 c olive oil
 
- 2 limes of juice
 
- 1 lime of zest
 
- 1 Serrano Pepper
 
- Place all of the dry ingredients in a blender and pulse
 
- Stream in liquids.
 
- Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours and grill
