							- Margarita Chicken
 
-     * 6 Chicken Thighs
 
-     * 1/2 c water
 
-     * 1/2 c tequila
 
-     * 1 1/2 limes of juice and zest of one lime
 
-     * 2T Triple Sec
 
-     * 2T salt
 
-     * 1T sugar
 
-     * 1T orange zest
 
-     * Olive oil
 
-    1. Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
 
-    2. Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom slightly and brown the outside of the chicken over med-high heat
 
-    3. Place into 350 degree oven to finish.
 
-    4. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
