  1. Ingredients
  2. 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  3. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  4. 3 tablespoons sriracha hot chili sauce
  5. 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  6. 3 cloves garlic, put through a garlic press
  7. 1.5 tablespoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
  8. 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  9. 1.5 teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder
  10. 4 pounds boneless butt pork roast
  11. Garnish
  12. 1 bag moyashi
  13. 1 bunch cilantro
  14. 1 lime cut in wedges
  15. Cut pork into 2 in thick steaks.
  16. Mix all around.
  17. Slow cooker on low for 8 hours
  18. Put in fridge over night and skim fat.
  19. Shred when cold
  20. Remove about 1/2 of the liquid and put on high in slow cooker next day for 1hr to 90min to warm.
  21. Serve over rice with garnish
