- 1 T btter
 
- 4 c sweet onion (about 2 large)
 
- 1/2c apple cider vinegar
 
- 1/2c chicken broth
 
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
- melt butter in a large skillet over med heat
 
- add onions to pan cook 15 min or until golden brown
 
- add vinegar and remaining ingredients - simmer until liquid evaporates
