Buffalo Chili ### INGREDIENTS #### Chili - 1 lb ground bison - 1 Poblano pepper - 2 t chili powder - 2 t cumin - 4 c garlic - 1 15 oz can white beans - 1 28 oz can crushed tomato - 1 yellow onion - 1 yellow bell pepper - 1/2 bottle of beer - salt & pepper #### Garnish - cilantro - jalapeno - grated cheddar cheese. ### PREPARATION - Rinse white beans in strainer and leave to drain - Char poblano on gas range - wrap in paper towel to steam - Brown buffalo over high heat in frying pan w/ salt and pepper - Drain and place in slow cooker - Cook onions and then pepper in over high heat until translucent - All ingredients go in slow cooker on low for 5 hours - garnish and serve
