## mustard à l'ancienne (Old Style Mustard) ### INGREDIENTS - 50g yellow mustard seeds - 50g brown mustard seeds - 120ml white wine vinegar - 1-2T water - 1/2 lemons worth of juice - 1/2t salt - 1/4t pepper - 1/2t tumeric - 5T sunflower oil ### PREPARATION mix yellow and brown seeds with 80ml vinegar let stand ~1 hour and it should start to bubble pound seeds, if it loses liquid add the water. do in small batches as the yellow will mash and the brown will crack add rest of ingredients except the oid put in a clean jar and top with oil let sit for 4 weeks
