Chili ----- 1 lb ground bison 1 Poblano pepper 2 t chili powder 2 t cumin 4 c garlic 1 15 oz can white beans 1 28 oz can crushed tomato 1 yellow onion 1 yellow bell pepper 1/2 bottle of beer salt & pepper Garnish ------- cilantro jalapeno grated cheddar cheese. Rinse white beans in strainer and leave to drain Char poblano on gas range - wrap in paper towel to steam Brown buffalo over high heat in frying pan w/ salt and pepper Drain and place in slow cooker Cook onions and then pepper in over high heat until translucent All ingredients go in slow cooker on low for 5 hours garnish and serve
