1 lb lamb tips 2 red peppers 1/2 red onion 3 c garlic paste 1 t ginger paste 3 T plain yogurt 2 T tumeric 1 t cumin 4 T olive oil 2 t celery salt 1 lemon handful of Italian parsley handful of fingerling potatoes salt and pepper Toss potatoes with a bit of olive oil to coat and microwave on high 4 minutes and let cool. Soak skewers in water with a weight on top. Mix everything but lemon in a bowl and marinate for 2+ hours Skewer and allow to come to room tempature, salt and pepper. Grill on indirect heat for 10 min, then direct heat for 5 minutes. Serve over couscous or with rice.
